Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. "We arrived at nearly 10pm and didnt have the self check-in details so we had to send a text to receive the door codes. One of the rooms they said was ours already had people sleeping inside! Fortunately they gave us another room and we found them simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent!"
