"One of the most horrible stays. When we landed in the place the AirCo was not working, amenities were missing (no toiletries). First we were told things will be fixed the next day and next day morning we were told that it will not be and will be provided a 10 euro refund. Rude and unacceptable behaviour from the staff as well. Very unpleasant stay"

Bad: Lots of stairs (60+) to third floor (some apartments on 2nd floor) and no lift. Patchy/slow Wi-Fi, so Netflix wouldn't really work on TV and struggled to stream content on laptop. "This hotel has lovely big rooms with a great restaurant and swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious. It is set in woodlands with a lake. My only criticism would be older people would fine it difficult to get in the shower as it in within a bath and you have to lift your leg over the bath sides to get in. "
