"The hotel is located right by the train station, a mall and a small store that has daily necessities and groceries. Staff goes above and beyond to serve one. The morning buffet I found a little pricey abt $30 and my kids ate cereal😊 I would go there any time again if in Japan. We were there for a cruise w/ Holland America and the hotel is in minutes from the pier. "

"The hotel itself is very nice. Expedia and the hotel are not in agreement about room sizes, though. When I arrived, they told me 2 adults and 1 child couldn't share the room that I booked with those specifications through Expedia and they tried charging us to upgrade to a bigger room. We were able to get the bigger room without charge only by talking to the manager. We showed that we booked via Expedia with all the details of our party correctly filled out. The onsen with a view of Mt Fuji is very beautiful. "

"The staff are very helpful and responded quickly to my queries prior to the trip. Parking lot is just across the street and only ¥1000 per day. Sightseeing area is just a few blocks away. Breakfast has good variety of oriental and western food. Bathroom is big with both shower and tub. However, we forgot to get the bathroom supplies such as toothbrushes at the reception floor."

"Staff is courteous and helpful. The location is right next to the Yokohama Bay. You can see Mt.Fuji on a clear sunny morning. Clean rooms with nice amenities. Variety of restaurants onsite that were delicious and convenient. "

"The property looks old. The room was comfortable but the sofa had stains and the carpet looked worn. It definitely does not look like a resort, it's just a hotel. Sakuragicho Station is about a 5 minute walk and there's a subway entrance just outside the front entryway. Not much else to say about this place. "
