"During our stay we noticed a lot of things that did not meet the standards of a 5* hotel in any way. For example, rips in curtain in bedroom, no iron in the room, broken toilet seat, no kettle, dirty hottub, only one jet working in hottub, cracks and marks on the bedroom walls, dirty tablecloth at lunch on day of arrival, 2 broken lamps in the room. We were not told you needed to book the hottub amongst other things, which we had to find out for ourselves or from other guests staying at the...
