Great family-friendly resort with plenty of pools. The splash park was a huge hit with our kids (9 and 11), and I’d highly recommend upgrading to your own private pool. It was lovely to have a quieter space to unwind at the end of the day. Just be mindful all pools close at 7pm including your private pool which was slightly annoying considering the sun doesn’t set until after 9pm. All the staff spoke English, which made everything much easier. Night time activities were fun and involved the whole family. The food was okay, but definitely not the highlight. The buffet had lots of variety, yet it felt quite repetitive, as though we were eating the same dishes in different forms. The fish and chip restaurant was disappointing, with a very limited menu — just one fish and chip option and for those who don’t eat fish you had a choice of deep-fried beef or chicken burger patties. The Mexican restaurant was also underwhelming, with just one tower of food to share between 4 and everything was quite bland. The Italian restaurant was by far the best. The wood-fired pizzas were delicious, so I’d highly recommend booking it as many times as you can. The drinks were good, and the kids loved the free ice cream. Overall, it’s a fantastic family resort with great facilities and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Just don’t choose it for the food!

Lots of amenities which were great for kids. Water park, pools, beach within walking distance. The restaurants are all closed at the same time for a couple hours during the day, but there is a snack bar. Lots of places to go nearby off resort as well.

We had a lovely time as had pool side room by reception, was worried after reading some of the reviews. If we had had a room at the top by entertainment/ water slide or a top floor room I am sure it would have been slightly worse! Yes food is a little repetitive but if you book Bella pasta it’s fresh pizza etc every night, yes drinks are weak but you can get as many as you like at one time. Staff were amazing if you are friendly and cheerful they are very accommodating, example of which is my daughter left her retainers in the restaurant at breakfast and we’re unfortunately binned, but they took they time to go through the rubbish and find them as they are quite expensive! So greatful to them for doing this and would happily go back if had similar room.

Very nice village. Great food, almost too much. Lots of restaurants with pool bar serving nice gyros, pizza, cocktails and ice cream all day long for all inclusive customers. If you d like to be close to the pools, waterpark get a room in a building nearby. If you look nice and quite ask for a room in the back buildings-I-Z. The only down side was the room. Very poor design, unable to leave the windows open for fresh air. Unble to leave the aircon to clear the room as once you take the only key you get, electricity switches off. The rooms, especially the swim up-this was the one I stayed in, smells really strong of mould. I had to change 4 rooms to get one reasonable where I could stay onlyif the door wide open and really considered sleeping outdoor. So if you have asthma or allergies be careful maybe is better to use a room upstairs where the humidity is low but seing how the rooms don't get clean air everyday I can only assume this may be a problem with all the rooms. Such a shame as everything else, food, beach, location, staff are amazing. The food again really nice, lots of options

We stayed at Caretta Paradise WaterPark Resort with high expectations because the resort is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The pools and gardens are very well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The Italian restaurant was the highlight of our stay, serving delicious pizzas. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive food was very repetitive, and we were concerned because some of the pork was still pink and appeared undercooked. The desserts were also repetitive and not very good. The evening entertainment was poor and lacked variety. There were also many stray cats around the resort. We understand this is common in Greece, but some of the cats looked sick, which was upsetting. The biggest issue was that we had to leave two days early because we suspected bed bugs in our room after developing very itchy bite-like marks on our arms. As a result, we lost two nights that we had already paid for and had to buy new return flights at our own expense, which made the experience even more stressful and costly. After returning home, I emailed the hotel to report our concerns, but I never received any reply, which was extremely disappointing. The resort is beautiful, but the food, entertainment, hygiene concerns, the financial loss we experienced, and the lack of response to our complaint mean we would not return or recommend this hotel.

Modern clean rooms as advertised, walls a bit thin so could hear the neighbours. Food was fine, nothing spectacular but always something to choose. Rice and spice restaurant and Bella gusto restaurant much better than the others. Swim up pool was nice and no issues getting sun loungers around the other pools most of the time. Only one deep pool was a bit of a let down but it is a family- and child-friendly resort so that’s fine. Included drinks were fine too, but nothing to write home about. Staff friendly, rooms spotless. Overall a nice place but wouldn’t want to stay more than a week as the food would get quite repetitive!!

What you see is what you get. Judging from reading some of the reviews everything was like we expected. Breakfast was nice and so was the restaurant for which you need a reservation. The main restaurants food was not amazing and atmosphere not very pleasant, but you can always go into town or one of the restaurants nearby for some variation. Other facilities like the waterpark, snackbar, pool bar are all very decent. Room was simple and clean. Swim up pool was great. Personnel at the reception were nice and helpful. All in all, great value for your money.

Our room with private pool was great. Pool was clean and so wonderful to have. Our bathroom was stinky. The food wasn’t great. Pretty average resort food at the buffets. The snack bar food was pretty awful and looked run down. Lack of signage on the property coupled with a long walk from the back units made for a lot of long, hot walks. The staff were friendly. We could have been at any resort anywhere as it didn’t feel particularly Greek. Overall, the kids had fun with all the activities, although the fun park costs were additional as it’s separate from the resort. It was all inclusive with limited food times and the red wine was terrible. We visited the market next door to get drinks and snacks which was handy. I’d suggest bringing your own beach towel as you have to pay a cash deposit to use them and also have to pay each time you get a clean one.

There are only 4 parking spots available for a 300 room hotel. The food and beverages included on the all inclusive were disgusting. Lady at the front told us that the super market was included in the all inclusive and I over heard her tell another guest the same and the super market laughed when we went there and they heard that. They only cater to polish people and it didn’t feel like Greece at all. The only good thing was the swim up pool in our room but you couldn’t shut the door and the air kept turning off. They only give you one room key so you have to turn the air off each time you leave the room so I had to pay a 20euro deposit for another. No one comes around for drinks or food when you are at the pool. Very disappointed as we had to leave the property to eat next door each time at Noko which was wonderful. I would never return to caretta Paradise.

Potential to be great..but sadly not!

This hotel is great to look at and seems to tick all the boxes but unfortunately its not as it seems. We really read the reviews before booking a holiday so please trust this one as we dont want to waste anyone's time. This hotel is 3 star at best. I will start by saying the hotel put us with our 5month old in a room opposite the night entertainment. Thankfully they did move us to a quiter block. Sadly we were put opposite a large group who had zero compassion for others around them. We went to reception to complain but sadly they did nothing about it. After three days of the same loud volley ball antics I decided to go over an politely ask them to keep the noise down while my 5month old had a nap. Bare in mind their group had kids you would think they would have understood but unfortunately the family began to swear at me and even the children telling me to '1iss off' and adults telling me to 'f*ck off'. The food is also sadly not the greatest. The gyros and most of the snacks are prepared in bulk and left in a heated window box leaving them either rock hard or not edible. Seeing there was a gentleman making them fresh, we requested if we could have the ones just made instead of the ones just left there in the window. We were huffed and puffed at by the lady serving us telling us they were all fresh. When I spoke to reception they explained they would speak to the snack bar team. The next day we tried again and they amazingly said the couldn't understand my request and

Stayed here for 11 nights. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with a toddler and baby. There are 2 pools depth appropriate for toddlers. One with a water park and the other a pool. Entertainment for children (in polish when we were there), but that didn’t stop our little one joining in as you don’t need to speak polish to follow the routines. Meals were convenient as it’s all inclusive (our little ones don’t like restaurants as they have to wait for food). Food was enjoyable and the staff were constantly cleaning. Snacks are also served poolside. Resort is very clean. Small beach a few mins walk down the hill from the hotel. Great if you have little ones, as it’s not a big beach. So you don’t have to chase them all over the beach (if you know, you know). Supermarket across the road and also on the resort. Not a lot nearby if you want to get out and about. You will need to hire a car or use local transport. Car hire and tours are available across the road from the resort and also closely located to the hotel. Would recommend for families with children. Our room was a swim up, which was lovely and also located near reception, so quiet in the evening when the entertainment started. Something to ask the hotel when booking if you have little ones. Entertainment finishes around 11pm. We really enjoyed our time at the resort and our toddler was sad to leave on day of departure.

Wasserpark sehr schön. Leider waren die ganze Woche 2 Kinderrutschen gesperrt. Das Zimmer war noch recht neu, leider mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln. Die Reinigungskräfte waren super. Essen war meist gut bis sehr gut. Nur manchmal schon recht kalt. Allgemein ist die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kinderbetreuung geht erst ab 3. etwas lieblos gehalten. Alles in allem war es aber eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Ein wirklich schönes Resort, genau das richtige für Wasserratten und zum Ausspannen. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Meer war von unserem Balkon aus direkt zu sehen. Das Essen und Getränke sind lecker, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Wir hatten auch großen Spaß an der Mini Disco, die jeden Abend für die Kleinen stattfindet. Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour. Les piscines et toboggans aquatiques au top. Restauration, tres bien surtout le Bello Gusto. Petit bémol, 3 t-shirts de marque volés dans la chambre…….donc
