"Sleeping area was better than hard tatami beds but not full western mattress. If you love firm mattresses you will definitely love them. Free breakfast was only toast tea and coffee, but family mart is conveniently at the exit and easy access to subway trains. Personally I’d book again due to its commodity, not much but not little."
"Great location, amazing breakfast spread, a lot of restaurants at the hotel to try out. Super friendly staff and view from 47th floor is just too cool."
"The hotel is great and the breakfast buffet was good a decent price 3,000 yen which is about 15 -18 U.S people complain about the washer and dryer I would not wash there and just go to balukno 5mins the unit they have are made to be bought cheap so people don't have to buy a washer and dryer if u don't have the money so it does not wash clothes and dry them great"
"Really great hotel experience staying here for our first time in Tokyo. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities and service were great. The breakfast is phenomenal and worth the extra cost. The 7/11 in the basement was very convenient and we used it multiple times a day.
I will say that this hotel is in the business/west side of Shinjuku, which is not touristy. The east side of Shinjuku is where all the tourist and shopping stuff is and is about a 20-30 walk away. But that does mean this area is very quiet. There are close train stations but there isn’t a ton to do really close to the hotel besides Chuo park, which is nice.
The bed is super hard, but that is typical for Japan. There is also a thermostat, which we did not find until our last night lol. So don’t just rely on the fan on the ground like we did."
"Room was small for standard double roaches found first night and got not help from staff regarding them. Couldnt change rooms without paying. Toilet bidet seemed to be malfunctioning as it would spray anytime you sat down and would stay out instead of retracting in. Biggest issue though was the closed terrace the major booking point of this hotel over every other is Godzilla and the terrace with the giant Godzilla head is closed and appears to be permanently so. They dont make no mind of this there still is some godzilla themed stuff but I was extremely disappointed in the terrace and again staff didnt help with any compensation even minor stuff. Also super late check in with no room for early check in was frustrating but they hold luggage at least. Laundry facilities were lackluster took many dry cycles to get my clothes dry."
"Great location, close to the metro and conveniently situated near shopping malls, restaurants, and other amenities. The rooms are quite small, especially the double rooms. We stayed in the Annex building. Breakfast was decent, but fairly basic and not particularly memorable."
"The hotel was placed near a station, convenience store, a beautiful park, and was so peaceful! It had a jazz feel and was very clean. Would absolutely recommend because it was 15-30 min from shinjuku and downtown Shibuya. Wish I had more time so I can explore more."
