"This place is absolutely dreamy. Tops as the best hotel we stayed in during all these years. Incredible service staff, meticulously clean rooms and surroundings, Incredible breakfast with Steve the GM working the floor, lush beautiful gardens, breathtaking views of sapa, serene surroundings, architectural masterpiece and well trained, polite staff. Can't wait for our next stay in December. This hotel is worth visiting just to spend time at."
