"Loved this hotel perfect location for our stay in Sapa The staff at the roof top bar were excellent as was the staff at breakfast The room was a great size with a balcony that was nice to have There were many places to eat nearby within walking distance Right across the road from fansipan station Loved our stay and a big thank you to all of the staff that made our stay brilliant"

"The room we stayed in needed lots of touch ups. The bathroom water and sink had issues but they resolved it, but the bath mat was not clean and overall did not feel clean in this bathroom. Free all you can eat breakfast was good, lots of options and healthy choices including fresh fruit and salads. If it were cleaner I wouldn’t mind staying here again though it wouldn’t be my first choice. "
