"I loved the room and the view. Barring a few minor issues, my stay was amazing. My primary purpose for this holiday was relaxation and that was achieved in spades. The food was awesome.
The few issues (as mentioned above) were maintenance issues, like the key card didn't work immediately, the tv had problems, the door handle inside the room was broken. But these really were minor issues and we're sorted out immediately by the staff. They also told me that the problems were due to the fact that the room had been inoperative for almost six months.
All in all I had the most amazing time at the resort. Absolute kudos to the staff for their wonderful service all while ensuring that cleanliness, sanitization and all norms for this pandemic were maintained!!!!…""I loved the room and the view.
