"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.

"We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter."

"The staff at check in was super friendly and allowed us to keep our cold food items in the office fridge until we were able to have our unit later that afternoon. Loved our unit and the view from the lanai was awesome. Napili is an amazing area and we will definitely be back. "

Being in a pool is always a pain for me but the stairs in and out here are so great. I would recommend anyone stay here. The hotel is like an apartment, with all the commodities that you need to make your stay be comfortable and enjoy your vacation trouble free, plenty of parking.
