There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information. "

Biggest problem we faced in the green room was there was a group of people listening to loud music and partying till late night in the common garden. It was a terrible experience. Our kids were not able to sleep. Thanks to Aman he confronted them and requested to lower it down around 11.30 pm. But the the lady at the reception, Preeti, was seemingly very arrogant and didn't even bother to acknowledge our complaint. Hospitality means "

"It's not like what Marriott property are , its like normal hotels in mussoorie. Nothing special , there breakfast and dinning area is also small , very less variety in breakfast , staff is very slow Food is ok ok "
