"Das Resort ist wundervoll! Die Aussicht auf den Chembra Peak, der Garten bzw das Resort-Gelände, das Essen und vor allem das unglaublich tolle Personal machten meinen Aufenthalt besonders! Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst."

"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"

"We had a wonderful vacation stay in Wayanad with my family. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff took very good care of my family throughout our stay. Everything was well arranged, making it a truly relaxing and perfect holiday. The peaceful surroundings and warm service made our trip memorable. Highly recommended for a family getaway."

"Overall good experience. It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it. "
