"The resort is pristine. From the golf rides to the pool area to the shuttle to the shops, driving range to pool bar, and game room— there is no detail overlooked. The staff is friendly and kind, the housekeeping coming daily was such a luxury and all of the extra events were such a delightful bonus. My family had the best time! We stayed ten nights and never ran out of activities or got sick of the property. 5 ⭐️ across the board!"

"This is the first time I’ve stayed at a Hilton Village, it’s massive. The Tower is a long way from the parking lot, the boat wasn’t working but the tram was fine. We ended up walking instead, because the path is lovely. It has many pool areas and places just to sit and relax. Our Tower room was quite large and the balcony was perfect with a great view of the lagoon and the ocean. The only negative was it didn’t have another restaurants open every day, some of them closed too early. Sitting on the ocean in bar was what I could have done every day. They’re really losing out on a lot of income with a bar that stays open later. Otherwise, great trip and would stay there again."

"Stayed in the cabin. It was comfortable and clean. Nice view of the ocean. The staff was helpful. It would have been better if there were instruction on how to use some of the amenities."

"Gorgeous setting and a nicely appointed house - had everything we needed! Communication through text/email for the check-in process was very straightforward. Our kids had a blast playing in the waterfall and sleeping in the loft. The stargazing is AMAZING if you get a clear night. This was a perfect, peaceful home base for exploring the Hilo side of the Big Island!"

"This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Everything is so clean. The kitchen has everything you need. We stay there every year!"
