Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
The place is semi-run down. The staff called us 3x day to try to get us to buy a timeshare. The older rooms were decent and clean but holiday inn caliber. Check in staff not helpful at all. Hilton Waikoloa Village
It’s a very nice place. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. A resort hotel should be 100% operational. The boats don’t work anymore. The tram only serves two sections of the hotel. My stay with Kona Coast Resort was amazing, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious and the fully equipped kitchen was helpful.
