"We had a small dog and stayed in the pet area and it was very convenient and quiet. The room was more than adequate, maybe the bathroom is a little tired but still it was in a good location, with a very short drive to the south rim etc. It was very good to have a general store there also. Overall very nice to stay there amongst the pine forest close to the canyon. Felt like we were camping but in a motel. "

"The hotel was above average to good and the location in being 10 minutes from the Grand Canyon park entrance was amazing. It was clean and had plenty of parking. The issue is that whole Tusayan area had terrible food options. The hotel had options but they were just average. It’s almost better to just buy food from the grocery store in the park and eat that for dinner or eat in the park prior to leaving it. I told my wife we’d really have to consider staying in the park next time so the food is close by or we can camp and make food. We went to Zion the next evening and stayed in Springdale and it was such a stark difference in cities outside of the park. That review is more about the city rather than this hotel I guess. The hotel in of itself was probably a 3.9-4.1 out of a 5. "

"Great location! You are walking distance to food and shops (The Hudson) and there is also a Circle K if you forgot anything. Rooms were super clean! The staff couldn't have been nicer! The breakfast was tasty: egg burrito, muffins, fruit, cereal, all the necessities! 5 star review! "

"Upon entry of the hotel room I found a blue pill on the floor next to the bed. The garbage under the sink smelled like fish and I after cleaning midweek they took away our soap and didn’t replace it. The concierge told me that the pink Jeep tours were all sold out for the week, however, 10 minutes later when I got to the room, I was able to book it online myself. The location is fabulous. It’s easy to walk to many of the restaurants and shops. There’s a delicious Mexican taco food truck within walking distance and parking was easy "
