"Do NOT reserve the King Suite. It is located with adjoining walls to the kitchen and you will be awoken super bright and early with all kinds of noise from the staff preparing breakfast. It is also across from and next to the service laundry and where the maids refill their carts."

"This was a great hotel for the price! (I just looked and it’s gone way up for May since people will start heading that way since it will be warm enough for Lake Powell) The room was clean, and the breakfast what’s good. They had premade Belgian waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, etc., but they had lots of great stuff to put on toast – they even had Nutella!"

"Very disappointed with the resort! Paid premium to get a deluxe room which was suppose to be of Lake Powell instead had a view of the boat ramp. Was only offered resort fee removed from bill for the inconvenience. No free breakfast offered. Very pricey night restaurant on site. Vending machines had no cold water not loaded went to bar and paid $6 for 2 cold waters."

"We spent one night here- the clientele is international! People from Italy, India, China and many other places. The staff is great . We had a dog with us so they put us on the ground level with a parking lot view, no carpet, no tub. My dog hates slippery laminate flooring, so it took some coaxing to get her to enter. Around 9pm the fridge started making a buzzing sound so loud I had to wear ear plugs- mini fridges can go bad at any time, so we just dealt with it. We were missing a desk chair, but staff took care of it immediately. Parking was ample, but the lot and property in general is worn. There was no online check in so I found myself waiting in a long line at 4pm to get room key. Online check in would make it faster and easier for staff and those of us willing to enter all our details. Did not try breakfast."

"Breakfast, lots of choices. When we got there, garbages in hallway were full and it was stinky in the hallway. Room was a good size and comfortable. Lots of parking. "
