"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get. Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). "The bathing area not enough to turn our body also its just like small box. Can’t adjust the shower head also. Rooms are not bigger as presented on these photos. I booked the standard apartment (they mentioned they have private bathroom in the listing) after went there they told that there is no private bathrooms. "
