"excellent place to stay"

"Front desk person never there. Nobody answers the phone or returns text messages. Stayed in room 16 and staff starts slamming doors and talking loud and stomping around at 6 am. Bathroom attached to laundry room and laundry starts at 6 am and runs all day. Breakfast is carbs. Potatoes and pancakes. No protein or bacon/sausage. Nobody wants to start a vacation day like that. I didn't even stay the 3rd night because I know I wouldn't be able to sleep. Worst place Ive ever stayed in mammoth and never will again."

"The staff was friendly and helpful the buildings under construction, so I had an old room that the heater was broken and it was either on or off. If you couldn’t regulate it, the carpets were dirty and it was cold in there."

"Cozy little spot, nothing super extravagant but that was okay in our opinion we enjoyed our stay there. I definitely recommend taking a chance on it."

"The room location was great, counter staff great and friendly, however the cleaning lady needs to clean better. The room floor was dirty, no soap left in bathroom, a clean bathroom and room means a lot to me if you want a return guess in the future."

"The Heidelberg is an excellent choice of accommodations. We LOVE it 👍 Staff is so friendly and rooms (with equipped kitchen) are clean as a whistle. There’s a sauna and hot tub and the view is amazing ! We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when in June Lake area."

"The Village was beautiful! Location fantastic! Two minute walk to the FREE gondola. Spectaular ten minute ride to the Canyon Ski Lodge. This particular unit was very nicely decorated and equipped. The ONLY thing I didn’t like is that there is no view from the room. Its surrounded with buildings. Very enclosed. The sky is barely visible. To enjoy Mammoth you need to leave the room. Which isn’t such a bad thing ;)"
