"Staff was rude Our rooms had roaches The staff at the dinning are Palapa Breakfast and Lunch rude if they would assume if you leave a tip they will treat you right but if they assume you would not give a tip they were soo rude the only staff that was great was Palapa Dinner they were awesome "

"Beautiful, folkloric design- unique decor and excellent location. There are two plunge pools for soaking in various courtyards. It was quiet and the staff graciously put up with our terrible Spanish!"
