Amazing Hotel in an Excellent Location

This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. My wife and I stayed here and we will be coming back soon because we loved it so much.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, no es muy grande pero tiene el espacio necesario, un amplio baño que separa inodoro y regadera. El jardín central es muy agradable, se disfruta mucho desayunar o tomar un cóctel en esa área. Recibimos muy buen servicio por parte de todo el personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a resolver nuestras peticiones. Aún falta pulir algunos aspectos que mejorarían la estancia, por ejemplo: la habitación que nos asignaron no tenía porta maletas; no había pantuflas, tuvieron que mandar pedir unas; generalmente no utilizamos los productos de la regadera, pero necesitaba utilizar el acondicionador y parecía pura agua, medio desconfianza y mejor no lo utilicé. No había un espacio dentro de la habitación para disfrutar el desayuno en la habitación. Siempre tuvimos toallas limpias y se hizo el aseo de la habitación cada día. En recepción nos facilitaron un contacto confiable para movernos en la ciudad, lo cual nos dio tranquilidad y seguridad. Los alimentos que probamos estuvieron muy ricos, fue el huevo con machaca, omelet y pan brioche con birria.
