Amazing

It was an amazing stay, we are 3 families with mostly teenagers. Steve and his wife make sure ther e is enough food for us. They even brew special tea for us due to the cold weather. Very helpful and helped us to book car to airport even we don't stay there at later part of the trip. It snowed on the day we left for Jeju, Steve message me to look out for snow as it was an item the children prayed for. Overall good experience, thanks for the warm hospitality.

Generous sized rooms, excellent staff are very helpful, expansive breakfast buffet, great variety of restaurants. DMZ Storyteller tour provided by the hotel was excellent, private car with tour guide Sam who was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and passionately proud of the heritage of South Korea; I cannot recommend this enough. It was superb!

This is the second stay at Naksan Balcony for me and it feels like home. You couldn’t ask for better facilities and despite being on the top of the hill (the views are stunning) it’s really convenient to get around. You’ve got the No3 bus a short walk away and stops outside a number of major subway stations. Have enjoyed my time here again and the apartment is always so clean and spacious . We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern (the toilets - omg!) and the check-out was seamless. The location of the hotel was fantastic – walking distance to both Ikseon-dong & Myeong-dong and we enjoyed exploring Insadong also.

I stayed for 2 nights, and found this to be a lovely hotel. The single room was compact, but had enough space for 2 cases. The aircon was effective and the TV had many options, including several in English. The breakfast buffet had some nice options, and the attached cafe was very convenient. The subway was a short walk away, and there were great shopping and dining options within a few minutes walk. I would definitely look to book a longer stay in the future.

Hotel is ideally located in the Jongno District, which has a wide range of options for food and drink. Easy transfer from Incheon Airport by limousine bus number 6002, which stops a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

LOVED this stay. Solo female traveller that stayed for two weeks and felt so welcomed by the staff here. Fresh towels every day and bed made if wanted. Free water - even though bottled water in Seoul is cheap it made such a difference! 2 mins walk away from the nearest convenience store which was well stocked. Had a kettle in room and microwave in hallway so if you didn’t feel up for eating out you could make something in your room. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and a comb....

Convenient one night stay at end of guided tour on last night. Plenty of places to eat around the area . Very close to Jongak subway station , 2 stops on Line 1 from Seoul station where we took Arex rail express to Incheon airport . Helpful friendly reception . Room was more spacious & comfortable compared to similar priced 3 star hotel in Myeongdong
