Property was great! Great spot for families, enjoyed all of the space in the condo. Beds were super comfortable, lots of levels, fireplace, balcony, great kitchen. Quiet and pool area had stunning views. Pools themselves could use a little TLC with some tiles missing, but that did NOT impact our enjoyment and we understand it's difficult to do maintenance when your customers want to enjoy the space. I recommend.

Such a beautiful place, the roam transit stop is right outside of the property. The stairs were fine for us but could be a hazard for anyone mobility impaired.

Nice place. Very expensive for the size of the room. Staff were helpful. Hot tub and pool was amazing with excellent view. Decent distance into Banff (were provided with free bus tickets which was helpful). Room was clean.

Hidden Ridge Resort was a nice tucked away property on top of the hill away from Banff core town centre which offered for more privacy. The amenities like the use of the pool area was nice & relaxing; also providing the bus tickets to ride for free into the town centre was a nice convenience to have if you didn’t want to drive & try to find and pay for packing. The only concern with our stay was that when we first entered to our suite, it had a strong stall air smell to the suite. It took quite some time to air out the room. Also some of the maintenance needed in the suite was not kept up on its repairs (ie: screen door does not lock properly, the shower facet had some trouble. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning next time for another stay when we are travelling in Banff.

Lots of room, comfy beds and cozy decor. Kitchen well equipped. Excellent helpful staff. Condition of resort is getting a little tired but it didn’t detract from our stay. Stairs in condo are steep.
