"Great stay. Breakfast really good. Real quiet everyone so friendly. Close to a lot of places. Parking great. Rooms are excellent. Beds are comfortable, very clean. Stay here many many times and never had anything negative to say. The guy at desk Kelly is always so nice and even if I am a regular he always is very nice to my autistic son. Kathy from housekeeping is so sweet and nice always lets Me know if I need anything let her know. And I believe Nicole who does breakfast is a true sweetheart she is the sweetest to everyone not just me and my family. I have witness her bring food to older and handicap guest so they didn’t have to get up. But everyone is amazing at this hotel. Photo I am sharing was for Mardi Gras weekend at Microtel."

"First, let me start by commending Expedia for attempting to accommodate me for having a last-minute family emergency and trying to coordinate changing my trip dates directly with the hotel, with no communication or support from the hotel. At check-in I tried to explain the situation and asked what my options were, and I told to figure it out, which I did in the lobby while I had a sick husband at home to try to get home to. When I checked in, I was charged more than my Expedia receipt with no explanation from the front desk staff. My room was filthy. I have pictures of old toothpaste on the pillows, a dirty sink and bathtub that had not been cleaned, and a tv remote that had crumbs and a filmy substance all over it. The room never got below 75 degrees even with adjusting the thermostat. Needless to say, I will never stay here again."

"Where to start on the Quality Inn I-10 East. We extended our amazing holiday so we could enjoy New Orleans. So we booked 4 nights, based on photos, price, breakfast and locality. Touring the room we noticed the enamel in the bathtub was chipped and bubbled my partner then pointed out a black pubic hair on the tiles, I then saw 3 more in and around the bath. Retiring to bed after cleaning the bathroom I heard several gunshots in the surrounding area. This put us on edge for sometime. While we were discussing this and deciding whether to stay there for the rest of our holiday.... My Partner screamed and shouted "What the hell is that"? I sat up and saw a Cockroach at least 2.5 inches long and an inch wide heading for the the sink/kitchen area. Decision made, as it was now midnight we agreed we'd find another hotel in Downtown New Orleans. I returned the next day in an Uber, collected our luggage and went to checkout. Agreed with reception that I was liable for 2 nights. He then refused refund of remaining stay. He offered me another room, I asked if it was Roach free he shrugged and laughed saying "I dunno" Terrible, terrible, terrible motel. This place should be removed from Expedia website and Health and Hygiene should close it down. Can Expedia contact me with regards to a full refund."

"The hotel is a gem in the middle of the French Quarter. It has a combination of classic elegance and modern conveniences that hit you as soon as you walk in. The rooms are very modern with all types of lifting controls including motion sensors under the bed that turn on soft lights if you get up in the middle of the night. The staff was friendly and ultra professional. It was a high class vibe in walking distance to most sights."

"Room was nasty! It was blood on the walls sheets and pictures. It looked like crime scene unit left and forgot to get the samples. There was no way to get our money back and it smelt like an old abandon cigarette filled home."
