"On the outer edge of the French Quarter but equal distance to Frenchman street as Jackson square. The place is average condition for the bargain hotel in New Orleans. It could be better but I was okay with it drywall debris in AC unit made our AC act up, loose shower handles, bathroom door doesn't lock, room door is hard to close-so much so I came back to the room to find the cleaner had left it open! Overall, I felt safe, the staff is great, breakfast is good but management/owners just need to put some time into maintenance."
