Not worth the price
Not worth the price at all. Was given an incorrect room, had to move after packing all my stuff away. TV reception was pathetic, totally unclear. Housekeeping only came to clean after I called them. This was at 1PM Then they don’t put sufficient amenities, no shower gel etc.

The first day eas a bit disappointing. At the pool area, we had ro ask over 5 times for towels. Eventually, the people next to me asked on our behalf as well. We were told there are no more towels. The hotel wasnt even full. We werent assisted with drinks or food at all. We just left.

Amazing stay!
Amazing stay, beautiful hotel and incredibly helpful and attentive staff. Stayed as part of a conference and it was fantastic. And, the food was spectacular.

beautiful property with safety measures when going to your room. good dining options. the additional fee for breakfast is worth every penny with a lot of options for everyone.

Got To The Room And It Smelled So Bad Had To Call The Manager To Get It Cleaned. Then The Cleaning People Came And One Of The Maids Stole $450 Out Of My Wife’s Purse! IF the Room Would Have Been Cleaned When We Arrived, The Cleaning People Would Not Have Had To Come In And Do Additional Cleaning. Then They Stole $450 Out of My Wife's Purse In The Bedroom While She Was Talking To The Manager In The Living Room! After Filing A Formal Complaint – We Have Never Heard Back From The Manager. MAYBE He Was In On The Whole Situation And Was Just Distracting My Wife With A Conversation In The Living Room While The Cleaning Lady Went Into My Wife’s Purse And Stole the $450! Stay AWAY From The Capital On The Park! DO NOT STAY HERE! We Want To Be Reimbursed For The $450 The Cleaning People Stole From My Wife’s Purse!

Great Hotel
Hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Restaurant provides good food and drink choices. 10 minute walk from the Malls and plenty of taxis. The best thing about the hotel though is the staff. Very helpful, friendly and take the time to say hi and speak to you.

Wouldn’t stay again, lots of other quality choices
Checked in on a Sat and my room faced a busy road. I took a shower and the floor of the bathroom was flooded because the shower door was allowing it underneath. The bathroom had a bad smell that was very noticeable. I went to the desk on Sun and asked to change rooms because of these things. Being a light sleeper, the road is quite busy and noisy. They said the hotel was fully booked and they would call me on Mon to touch base and see if they could move me. A man came to the room and put some detergent down the shower drain but said the shower tiles needed to be pulled up and reset so the water didn’t run out anymore. Obviously that isn’t something that could be done then. There was no call on Mon nor any other time during the week. I didn’t sleep very well because of the noise but the smell from the bathroom continued and was bad. I was not contacted by anyone from the hotel. Then the WiFi went off and I work from home, so I called and asked to have it checked. The lady said she would contact maintenance. I waited 36 mins and called again and she once again said she would contact maintenance. They finally showed up and said they would check the server. In the meantime I removed the router in the ceiling and inputted it and plugged it back in and the WiFi worked again. Another 30 mins after that the guy came back to check but I had already fixed it. Apparently check out time is 10am at this hotel which it wasn’t informed of. A man knocked on my door at 11:30 and was rude

Very good experience
Just a quick one night stopover so didn’t use any facilities but what we did see looked 5*. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with very nice kitchen and lounge. Very comfortable, clean and everything worked. Friendly, professional staff who all looked very smart. Will definitely use this establishment again.

Terrible terrible service, had clothing stolen ,towels at pool took hours to get . House keeeping took days to come bring body wash... the floor we stayed on smelt like weed as someone on it was smoking. There were so many incidence... really pathetic for a beautiful looking hotel

The rooms are great and comfy enough. Location is also great. the front desk staff are excellent and friendly. The only service that was lacklustre was at the bar - it consistently took so long to get a drink. There was a lot of noise as there were parties throughout the weekend so it was difficult to rest or get some work done. The other downside is the walls are thin so when the people in the next room where taking a shower we could hear it loudly.

This hotel was in a great location with nice amenities and among the friendliest and best customer service I have ever seen. The other important detail about this hotel is they partner with a professional Chauffer service Kwathlano that provides the best options to move around the country safely in comfort.
