I have been robbed!

I paid a the full amount when I booked this accommodation as it reflects here. The hotel insisted that they only received R983,84 and I had to pay R1003,52. How to I claim my money back?

Hi. The place was dirty, I ended up not sleeping there. Had to get a refund, but I wasn’t refunded the full amount.

Room 104 for people with disabilities not so nice. Broken bathroom door and lots of strings hanging above the ceiling. Room 102 booked in advanced but not ready on arrival
