My missed opportunity to stay at Le Ciara

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my visit to Johannesburg due to a strange tourist visa requirement, thus missed my planned time there. However, I am motivated to log this review simply because I am very impressed by the hotel communication. It was prompt, extremely polite and very understanding and supportive. I would like to thank Le Caira for the professional communication and kindness.
