REFUND ME

I WANT MY REFUND I tried logging a complaint but i could not. YOUR mail says we can check in between 2pm and 11pm but the rude Afrikaner lady that apparently owns that place decided to tell us we can't check in at 10pm as it was too late. We were left stranded in the streets of Krugersdorp trying to find a place to sleep, mind you we were there for funeral purposes so fighting her was not in us. I just want my money ASAP please. I won't be taken for a ride like that.

The room was small, the bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was old and so were the pillows. Old outdated TV's in the room. The place really needs a make over urgently.
