"This was our fourth stay at Keio Plaza, and we’ve already booked our next trip in December—that probably says it all!
We love the location. It’s right by Shinjuku, so we can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but it’s not smack in the middle of the noise and chaos. It’s the perfect balance. Plus, having the limousine bus stop right at the hotel makes getting to and from Haneda Airport super easy and stress-free.
But honestly, what keeps bringing us back is the people. The Premier Lounge staff are the absolute best. "The staff were super nice and accommodating. They helped us set up arrangements to transport our luggage around, which helped us immensely. The location is a short walk away from the train station and 1 station away from the busy part of Shinjuku, or a 20-minute walk. They had plenty of amenities and a 24-hour 7/11, which was super convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, which limited our space to move around once our suitcases were open, but did not affect the overall quality of our stay."
