"My favorite stay thought my trip. The beds were uncomfortable but I figured they would be as I booked a traditional style room with mats on the floor. Otherwise, the staff was just wonderful, there was laundry by the office and everything you needed in that room! Everything is so close by including the station, and if you book here, be sure to try the bakery with the black label on the corner and the soy ramen across the main road hiding up the stairs (also sells tacos). I do not remember their names but I can guarantee they are the best! The ramen was the best ramen I had throughout my whole trip. I cannot rave enough about the staff and stay at this hotel! Book it, you will not be disappointed! "

Our room offered a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, which made our stay even more memorable. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive and professional, and the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet were truly remarkable. Having experienced several hotels in Japan—and even multiple Hyatt properties in the United States—I can confidently say that none matched the level of excellence provided by the Hyatt Tokyo.
