"Lovely room with a great view of the canal. With the heatwave towards the end of my stay, the air conditioning was much appreciated. Bear in mind that, at least for the room I stayed in, the shower was a glass box in the room so there's no privacy from anybody else in the room. The sink is also in the main part of the room rather than in a separate bathroom. These weren't an issue for me as I was staying alone. My only minor points of criticism are that the desk area was quite small and the only storage was in the wardrobe.
For the breakfast, it was great to see lots of labelled vegan options and the barista-coffee was also much appreciated. Even though it's advertised as a continental breakfast, it would be good to see a hot vegan item given that there several hot non-vegan items (boiled eggs, omelettes and meatballs). Also, there was only 1 label for all of the bread which said they contained milk (since at least one of them did) which meant I had to check with the staff which of them were vegan. It would be better if the allergens/dietary information for each bread was labelled separately.
The self check-in and check-out process was straightforward though it did require a few manual interventions from the agent as I had booked very last minute."
