Great location in Hamburg. Highly recommend stay. Small issue with A/C which the staff accommodated for. Breakfast buffet had the basics no frills but very tasty and filling. Staff service was excellent.

Don’t stay here during the summer this hotel does not have air-conditioning at all I kept on turning the air conditioner in the room down nothing was happening until an employee told me the next morning that this hotel doesn’t have air-conditioning. Their computer during checkout would break down and we had to wait extra long for them to type in all our information all over again. Three check out their printer wouldn’t work so they couldn’t print out any bill for us. At breakfast everybody was sweating because it was so hot. They blamed the situation on the old building however it is easy to install a retrofit air conditioning to the venting system in a supposed five star hotel

Wieso gibt es in einem 40 QM DOPPELZimmer nur einen Sessel? Wer plant sowas. Manchmal möchten tatsächlich auch mal zwei Menschen gleichzeitig sitzen. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt an keiner Stelle. De facto ist der Service nicht vorhanden. Genauso wie beispielsweise auch die Sahne im Café, wenn man dort mittags eine heiße Schokolade trinken möchte. Gibt es einfach nicht, viele so viele andere Selbstverständlichkeiten auch. Wie zum Beispiel ein sinnhaftes Lichtkonzept in den Zimmern. Auf diverse Missstände angesprochen, empfehlen die überforderten Mitarbeitenden eine Beschwerde beim Management. Sie wären zu wenig Leute „dass sollen die da oben auch mal wissen“. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

El check in y atención de recepción muy amable. El spa muy completo. Cómodo, servicio muy amable. El servicio de Concierge muy amables y atentos. Nos ayudaron con todas nuestras necesidades. El servicio de alimentos y desayuno muy malo. Deben poner atención en ese tema, no tienen una estación para huevos al gusto, los debes pedir a la carta, atienden todos y nadie, tardaron 1 hora, mal hechos y solo te dicen que si quieres te los vuelven a hacer. Una pena perder tu tiempo así y al final no poder desayunar bien. Por todo lo demás el hotel muy bueno y recomendable
