Spacious room in a great location. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and we slept well in our beds. Requesting an extra pillow was no problem. Very service minded and friendly staff. The only downside was the non-functioning pool and the somewhat outdated fitness facilities. A lot of the machines were down due to maintenance issues.

Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war.

I booked a suit but the hotel reception gave me a 4 th floor without elevator, far from amenities, view to tree rather than other rooms view to river. No water in room , kettel was dirty and rusted.

Das Frühstück war top. Der Ausblick auch. Das Zimmer war schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche, Türzarge vom Badezimmer löst sich von der Feuchtigkeit schon unten auf. Im Flur ist eine Kuhle im Fussboden (durchgetreten). Das haben wir 2mal bemängelt. Hat leider keinen an der Rezeption interessiert.

Tolle Lage ! Solide gute Ausstattung. . Kleiner , aber schöner Pool.. Kostenlose. Getränke im Kühlschrank , freundliches Personal . Rezeption sollte immer persönlich besetzt sein. Insgesamt : Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall.
