"The room has no window, behind the permanently drawn curtain shown in the booking site is a rubbish dump. The room is also very poorly lit. At night we saw many cocroaches around. The whole room was filled with cigarette smell. The shower roof drips, possibly from toilet sink or bath room upstairs. The beds are old and very uncomfortable, and the linen were worn out and smell too. I have stayed in not very pleasant places, but this is by far the worst of all. The lack of sanity is shocking. ...

"The staff, without exception, were wonderful, courteous and helpful. The room was large and clean. We had a city view, which was not much of a view really, just onto a road. Well worth the club lounge, we used it regularly. I would definately stay here again. "
