"Our stay at Citadines was pleasant in so many ways, especially the coffee! Great amenities overall, the location, the lounge, the laundrette, the train station direct access, the bakery in the front, mini kitchen in room, etc. The only issue that I had was that the bed was as stiff as a board. I had to sleep with many extra pillows."

"Nice places to eat nearby and even has a family mart in the hotel itself where you can buy laundry supplies. Self laundry facilities were easy to use. It’s near Bashamishi station so if you want an easy way to save money and still travel around Tokyo, get a SUICA card and use the train or busses. So simple. This hotel is in an amazing spot. There are some restaurants inside the hotel but the one I went to multiple times was the Curry restaurant, it was amazing!"

"Great location, everything is within the hotel! (Restaurant, massage, onsen, playground , rooftop foot spa and much more!!!) Amazing view! Free shadow bus to take you to the train station. The only thing I don’t like is the check-in time is 5 PM! "
