You can tell they really care about the guests and keeping everything in great condition. It’s a wonderful place for families and a great environment for everyone to enjoy. "The hotel is in a great location to go to Paycom Center and Bricktown. The check-in was fast and the staff is friendly. They even sent a text message asking what we might need during our stay. "

"The room smelled so bad like they used old cleaning water to clean the room.. the towels had blood stains the pillows smelled like old breath, i had to clean the room myself. My key card kept getting turned off.. there was blood on the window curtains.. the sheets where not clean they had make up on them and made me uncomfortably itchy. The shower curtain had pink mildew growing on them. The staff was great!"

"The cleaners do a good job, but the carpets and everything was just dingy and gross. It needs to be updated. Just small things that were also annoying was unplugging the microwave to plug in the coffee maker and unplugging a light to charge your phone. Just not impressed. "
