"The shower in my original room only had hot water with no cold water, which was inconvenient, especially late at night. I had to switch rooms. However, the front desk was very helpful and responsive, and they arranged a new room quickly. Overall, service was good, but the hotel should improve maintenance."

"The room was clean, everything worked as it should. I can not say enough good things about the young lady, Que Burns. She was amazing. There was a problem with the booking, all my fault, she helped me from the minute I walked through the door. You are so fortunate to have such a wonderful person working there. "

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok, not a big variety. Staff was courteous and informative. Highway and train noise made sleeping soundly difficult."

"Great value. Clean rooms and hotel. Great for overnight stay with dog. Among other renevated hotels...so make sure when you arrive you go to the right one as signs outside aren't well marked. Nice stay. Not much area to walk around. Near national memorial and short drives to good restaurants. Definitely would stay again."

"Upon arrival in our room we found the AC wasnt working and after 3 hours they finally removed the unit and replaced it with another unit. The bathroom counter top was filthy and had not been cleaned. The carpet had several burn marks in it. The coffee pot was missing the filter holder so we were not able to make coffee or tea. The mini fridge freezer compartment was frozen with approx 3-4 inches of ice around it making it impossible to place anything in it. The worst part about our stay was the bedbug bites my wife had to seak treatment for upon or return home. We were not sure what had broken out on her srm and back but was verified by our family physician that it was bedbug bites. So my visit with my children was very disapointing to say the least. "
