"The resort was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The dining options were very good and the food quality was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach although small was beautiful and very relaxing. Entertainment was what one would expect on a Caribbean vacation, the entertainment staff were very high energy people. We had a couple of interactions with Charlotte from the entertainment team. She was a pleasure to talk with and she made us feel very welcome and at ease. Glenroy the lifeguard was a very friendly man. He kept us laughing while we hung out at the pool. He was also very insightful on the weather patterns as Hurricane Melissa was approaching the island. He made us feel safe and at ease. Amenities, service, beauty…this place has it all. Thanks, we had a wonderful week. Highly recommend RIU Montego Bay."
