Good Experience

the lavish lobby, the massive central lagoon, and the impressive indoor architecture. Very helpful and friendly Staffs

Room was clean but the AC would make clanking sound. The plugs sometimes wouldn't work. I had to keep forcing the plug. The hotel is a little dated. I wouldn't call this a 4* hotel. They need to upgrade the hotel in general. The location was good.
