"In 2026, it’s hard to believe a hotel can be so poorly tended to. Stained sheets that don’t fit the mattress and were inside-out. Burn holes in the sheets. Shower was so stained, so gross. Hallway smelled like vomit. Floor hadn’t been cleaned under bed in who knows how long. We didn’t expect a Marriott. But we did expect a first-world level of cleanliness."

"When we arrived, we found someone’s boxers on the bathroom floor, and the floor appeared dirty. We could not get the thermostat to work, either, so our room was very hot until we finally called for help at 11:30 pm. They did send someone to fix it. We could also hear everything through the door that adjoins rooms. I just had high hopes for a luxurious stay, as this was the most I’ve ever spent on a hotel room. Never again. Over $300 for one night and to not feel absolutely comfortable is so disappointing."

"This is a older hotel - may be going into newglect and didrepair. It was clean enough but nee4ded a refresh. "

"Very quiet environment, people are friendly. Room was clean and given fresh towels almost everyday and trash was emptied almost everyday. Staff was amazing, laundry facility was very convenient and the front desk had rolls of quarters for you to purchase which was a blessing as well. Will be returning. "

"Front desk was amazing and helpful. Only problem was the smell of marijuana every time we walk out our door."

"Biggest concern was WiFi connection ! Could not stay on WiFi very long kept dropping signals off and on. The floors were not vacuumed. Dirt and crumbs were all over the floor. And we were not told there was free coffee in the lobby."
