"Parking was in a garage across the street, dark and scary at night. Surrounded by loud nightclubs which were open at least until 2 am. The hotel itself was lovely, but the surroundings spoiled it."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations, but the only downside at night was the limited TV channels. I could only access one local channel and had a limited selection overall, with the exception of HBO and other premium channels. However, the next morning, there were more channels available including all of the local ones. Regarding the toilet paper, while it was nicely presented, I did not like that it had indentations that went through multiple layers and made it difficult to separate without sticking together. It appeared as though something wet had been placed on it and seeped through."

"The hotel is right across from Crabtree Mall so an array of restaurants and shopping are close by. I had to do a four hour ZOOM meeting in my room and during that time there were no noise or interrupts of any kind. I had my do not disturb sign out and the attendant was kind enough to leave a bag with fresh towels on my door. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The hotel and my room was well lit and cheerful. The room was clean and the furniture was in good repair. "

"The biggest problem was the internet. It never stayed connected. It was very slow. If you are having to work, this is not the place for you. The second thing was the bathroom. It took forever for the water to get hot. The towels were super scratchy. And the toilet paper was one ply. "
