The location is a little sketchy. The hotel is a diamond in the rough. Nicer place, just not the best location… it is close to the highway and the metro station making it easy to get to and from. The spa has the most amazing staff. They would be the reason I returned to this hotel.

Very nice stay
Rooms are nice and a good breakfast. Parking is a bit difficult as there are a limited number of spaces (maybe 8) in front of the hotel but they will guide you to another site. Very nice reception and I highly recommend the scrub in the spa!

Awful stay at Mitte port
That was the most terrible experience. The hotel is very noisy, a/c switching off every hour and need manual reset, unpleasant smell of mold in the room, too small lifts not enabling moving with suitcases, breakfast was very poor and limited, very unfriendly staff, and awful same background music all the time. We stayed 2 families and another family had the same problems. So it was not the one room but the whole hotel issue. So we had to move to another hotel after one night stay and the hotel have not returned our money for the rest 2 nights we paid.

Beware of the hotel manager
Very nice staff except the manager of the hotel. I’ve never seen any hotel manager that rude and unprofessional. I’m very sorry for the nice staff who has to work with him.

Staff & property were relatively nice. Breakfast was really good and opens fairly early compared to what they advertise. Room was decently sized/ beds super comfy but room wasn't super clean and there was an opened bottle of water in the mini fridge from previous guest(s). Staff was more than happy to replace it and apologized. My only real complaints were that the hotel's spa services were disappointing as the masseuse was not there at the time the property said the spa opened. We waited 30 minutes and they still hadn't arrived so we decided against using the spa.

Hotel ist ca.1 Jahr alt,sauber und Ambiente sehr gut, mit gute Frühstück,leider ist die Umgebung sehr unsicher da Hotel alleine steht zudem gibt es unter dem Hotel eine Park Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage doch ist die Einfahrt sehr kurz mit einer starken Neigung wobei der Motor und Kuplung stark leidet und man nicht selber fahren darf.

Otelin konumu malesef tüm güzelliklerin önüne geçiyor.5 gibi otele girerken bile çok tedirgin oldum. Ama otelin fiziki şartları, odaların genişliği ve temizliği bir hayli güzel.

Otelin bulunduğu mahalle nezih olmasada, alsancak gibi konak gibi sehrin göbeğine çok yakın olmasının avantajını yaşatıyor. Otelin yenilenmiş hali gerek odaların tasarımı, kalitesi ve gerekte temizliği ile oldukça başarılıydı. Kahvaltı tatmin edici ve bütün personel kibar, yardimsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Bundan sonraki İzmir konaklamalarım fiyat performans açısından sürekli burada olacaktır. ( Suit odada konakladım. )
