hi john, when you came last year, you stayed in the same room. If you want a big room, it comes at a price. You looked at prices from major hotels around us :) selam john ,gecen senede geldiğinde aynı oda da kaldın . Büyük oda istiyorsan bunun bir bedeli var . Çevremizdeki büyük otellerden fiyatlarına baktın onlarıda söyleseydin keşke :)

Berk Bey güzel anlatımınız yorumunuz için teşekkür ederiz.Fakat sizin girişiniz çok erken saat olduğu için size rezerve yapılan odaya giriş yapmadınız ve ertesi gün odanızı değiştirelim istedik geniş oda için memnun olduğunuzu ve gerek olmadığınızı iletmiştiniz.Mini bar sistemi kullanımı avantajlı olmadığı için (minibar odada kaldığınızda soğutmaya başlıyor,siz çıkınca kapatıyor soğutmayı ) aşağıda sizin için dolabımız 24 saat açık ve bunu görevli arkadaşlar iletiyor.Sanırım bir iletişim sorunu oldu.Banyoda verdiğimiz temizlik malzemeleri gayet kaliteli ilk defa siz dile getirdiniz tekrar kontrol ederim zevkle :) Sizleri tekrar misafir etmekten mutlu oluruz..
