"Had an amazing stay as a couple at Tivoli resort for a two day break en route to a wedding in Praia de forte. The room was incredibly comfortable, good AC and we had a convenient location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The internet was the only thing that was not good - even in our room - it was a little hard to be connected. the service was great across the board. Worth noting that the main food location was a buffet - but was delicious, particularly breakfast. We only ate dinner one night. "

"Segunda vez que nos hospedamos aqui e a qualidade diminuiu muito. Poucos funcionários, a comida deixou a desejar, e nem as toalhas trocam mais, mesmo quando pedimos. Poucas atividades para crianças e adultos e Wi-Fi que não funciona. "

"Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular surfaces. Internal golf cart system to transport elderly people is offered but waiting times were so long that we gave up using it. Signage providing directions throughout the property are almost non-existent. Impossible to know where you have to go to get to your building. Dozens of people lost throughout the property every day, begging for directions, totally frustrated. Majority of the staff doesn’t seem to be happy, although very few exceptions were very attentive and supportive. App that is highly recommend by the staff upon check-in is useless. Scheduling of Resort activities is never updated and internal map directions are also outdated. I learned that it doesn’t work because Spain is responsible for keeping it updated, so any local changes to activities have to be informed to Spain by email before they can update the App. Note: Spain is 5 hours ahead in time zone. Total non-sense. Pools were really good and food and drinks abundant and of good quality. I’ll never go back."

"Compartilhando minha viagem de 4 dias em casal A receptividade foi excelente, nos acomodaram em um quarto ótimo, super moderno e limpo. Café da manhã e acarajé no almoço excelentes Porém jantar, bem abaixo do esperado, o básico do básico e bem repetitivo Eu esperava comer ao menos um dia estando na Bahia um filet de peixe grelhado ou empanado Porém só o básico foi oferecido. Isso deixou muito a desejar. Funcionários do lobby, recepção e a funcionária do acarajé sempre muito sorridentes e educados. Já os atendentes do bar da piscina sempre de “ cara fechada “ e ao falar obrigada voce nunca escutara um “ DE NADA “ muito menos um “ aproveite “ . Muito diferente de outros hotéis all inclusive que já experimentamos. Enfim experiência boa porém não excelente"

"Uma ótima experiência. Ficamos na suíte jr em frente ao mar e próx as duas piscinas. Só os restaurantes principais que ficavam longe. Limpeza do quarto foi excepcional, comida gostosa e diversa. O entretenimento muito bom, padrão Cancún. Achei que o tratamento deveria ser mais VIP pelo preço pago. Única critica foi para a troca de talheres. Voltaremos!"
