He still cannot stop talking about how caring, and helpful the staff were during his stay from check in, to his meals at the restaurants all the way through check out. Everyone had smiles on their face and treated him with such care. A special shout out to Aavantika from concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure my father was well taken care throughout his stay. We will surely be booking again for our next visit to Bengaluru. "

"Small but clean room. Hot water for shower with good water pressure. Excellent service at reception, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Breakfast was buffet and they also made customised dosas and omelettes on demand. They offered 1 pm checkout for free and had amenities on hand, including a comb. Very happy with the stay."
