Short Business Stay
The hotels is located in quite and convenient neigborhood. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellant. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. Thanks to Ms. Atoosa for her assistance.

Everything was really lovely. We enjoyed our time here. Very welcoming and professional staff especially one of the receptionists, Atousa, was very helpful and friendly to us. Strongly recommend it to people looking for an affordable and also nice hotel.

Happy stay
Great Hotel, and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is so-so, wasn't a lot of what I could eat, but it was unlimited so ate what I recognised / liked. One negative is that the I frequently woke up sweating as I couldn't get the room cool enough to what I prefer.

The staff is very accomodating. However the cleanliness of the room is not that good. I found a cigarette butt in the room in which no one smokes in our family. We cannot rest or sleep well since the room is not sound proof and we always hear the toilet flushes in the other room. The toiletries are incomplete. And you cannot also bring outside food.

If you are looking for a clean and comfortable bed to sleep in, this hotel could be a good option. It is near the main subway line and a short taxi ride away from many of the attractions. I would consider this one a budget-friendly hotel and not expect high-quality service.

A fantastic medium sized hotel. We didn't get chance for the full experience as covid restrictions closed the spa etc. However the stay was good. Food fabulous. Staff were lovely. Not really a holiday spot but great hotel. Wishing them all the best for 2021.

there is room for improvement
The service was great, The room was large and tidy. The bed was comfortable, The shower was spacious and the water was warm and the flow was strong. But .. there was a terrible smell of moss from the shower an open window didn't get over the smell. Plus we were pretty disappointed with the breakfast which was really minimal.

Perfect!
It was a perfect stay. They upgraded our room and served free room service breakfast. Staff was friendly, room and hotel were clean. Everything you can ask for!

The parking is a problem. They have no parking space whatsoever. It is also far from the main attractions. If you are using this hotel for medical reasons, it may not be the best for you. They have good breakfast though.
