موقع الاوتيل مميز حيث انه قريب جدا لمحطة الباص و و السوق التجاري و بزار الجمعة الترام المشكلة التي واجهناها ان الغرفة صغيرة جدا ممكن لانها اقتصادية و اضائتها خفيفة لكن من حيث المعاملة النظافة و الضيافة لا يمكن القول الا انها جيدة جدا

The location is excellent. A tram station is right in front of the hotel, and there is a grocery store near by. Our one complain was that the room was dark because there was only lamp.

I will be putting a review also on the wotif website. Location advertised was wrong. False advertising with the images, not one image of the room we stayed in was on your booking site. Room was disgusting, beds, sheets pillows stunk like smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room. We had to check out a day earlier due developing rash from the lack of hygiene of the property. Will be requesting a full refund from wotif. Shame on use for deceiving and false advertising. I will be taking this further

The hotel was dated, and the room was very small, in fact, the whole hotel was so small in every aspect, the reception area had seating for a maximum of 6 people only, and the breakfast room was so compact people had to wait for a very basic breakfast, cheese, boiled eggs and a very tiny pieces of bread. However, the hotel was clean and the staff tried to help, but they struggled due to the very limited or no English. I would not recommend this hotel to English speakers.

There was a problem in the shower and I kept calling them and the took for ever to come to check and they didn’t even fix it Also, I asked them about bottle of water they said we don’t have any. How comes that a hotel they don’t have water

Very nice and welcoming reception. My flight landed early and my next flight was at 1am so I needed to check in 8am and check out 9pm. I called and asked if a room is ready and they said yes but when arrived it wasn’t ready yet I had to wait for an hour. But all in all it was a good experience.

This hotel was in a perfect location to the blue mosque, Haga Sofia, and the Grand Bazzar. All these locations are 15 minute walk away and the street its on is live and busy throughout the night

The rooms not the same as in the photos, much smaller. The breakfast is very poor. Mosque best the hotel very load praying every morning at 05:30 in the morning. Generally I will not use this hotel next time.

The hotel located in an excellent area, alot of cafe, restaurants and it is 10 meter away from the tramway station. The staff is very helpful and willing to help. Great thanks to the manager Tuncay for the extraordinary help he provide us. I will not forget another guy called I guess Firat, who helped us in the luggage. Disadvantages: Wifi was not strong enough and the air condition was not ready for this season yet. Generally the hotel is very good, safe, staff very helpful and perfect location.

Great value. Convenient location. Safe.
Hotel is excellent value for money. Room was small but comfortable. Towels and sheets were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything you need is in the room. A good spacious fridge, kettle, TV with lots of channel options, excellent WiFi, great sound insulation - no noise from adjacent rooms and good sound-proofing from the busy road out front etc. Check-in staff friendly and accommodating. Offered a better room without even asking. It had a nice view. Breakfast has a lot of options and for the price is well worth it. Located right in front of a metro tram stop (on a busy thoroughfare) that takes you to all the main sites within minutes. It’s a very safe and busy area, lively at all times.

Great stay and value!!
Really awesome stay.! Very professional staff and happy they let us check in early!! The breakfast is very good too. Lots of options of food and very delicious. The price we got was also just really great! I would stay again for sure!

I left before stay end even without saying good by. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. Batter be a students home stay rather than a 3 stars hotel. pass your way, tinny rooms with dust all around bed in a dirty state. Dust everywhere. Breakfast nasty, hopefully for me there are plenty of choises around. Must be out of Expedia hotel category, believe me it is not worth a penny.

Hallo Es war voll zum kotzen. Über Expedia nie wieder buchen. Eigentlich sollte es einen Parkplatz haben. Doch da war garnichts. Jeden Tag 3 Stunden Parplatz gesucht. Jeden Tag die Dusche untee Wasser, alles undicht. Es war so viel, lohnt sich nicht hier zu sxhreiben. NİE WİEDER EXPEDİA

OK if you get a room with windows/street view.
Right next to tramway. Upper floors have nice beautiful view to the Fatih mosque and some of Istanbul. Rooms are clean. Some of the rooms in the lower floor have no windows. Air condition doesn’t work: pumps warm air during hot days.
