Bad stay
There was a huge change in hotel condition comparing to my las stay in December 2021.
The bed was not comfortable at all were it like there is a hole where when you lie down you sink in the bed.
The cleanness is not good at all where when I checked in I saw a small piece of biscuit under TV table I said let me check tomorrow if they will clean it but till the day of check out the piece is there and the dust everywhere I don’t know how they were cleaning ; also the fridge when I open it was not clean;
I know all hotels the water is complementary so I asked for water they told me it will be chargeable!!! .. requested to extra blanket the was no available blankets .. it was really horrible .. I selected the hotel because I stayed twice in December 2021 and it was amazing .. in 8 months only the hotel completely changed and became bad so sorry for that because the location is amazing but i won’t come back again till it improve

Amazing stay
It was my first time stating in this hotel but it will not be the least .. the location is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful .. I highly recommend this hotel ..
The staff need to be trained how to deal with customers .

The absolute WORST stay of my life
Where do I start? The management is utterly rude & dishonest! Surely seemed like the only qualification for the gig is a marginal command of English with no human decency to speak of whatsoever.
On the first day of our stay, their awful terrace furniture broke & could've easily paralized a family member. She weighs no more than 65Kg, mind you with a history of spinal issues. Don't expect a gesture or an apology if you find yourself there. Not at sommerset!
Secondly, if you use the garage, you must phone the front the desk to open the door upon entry and exit. They might buzz you in/out or at times you have to wait for an actual human to come let you OUT or IN. Without a phone? You're screwed. When asked why they wouldn't provide an entry card, 2 of the staff retorted that they "can only issue you one if your stay is 30 days or longer." Subsequently, the manager called both staff memebrs "liars" & even threatedned to "fire" them.
So prepare to be treated like a second-class citizen if your stay is less than a month.
If you have a modicum of self-respect, and value your spinal and mental health even remotely, stay clear of this place.
