Warm, welcoming, and wonderfully located—this family-owned boutique hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate every need. I had the pleasure of staying here for 6 nights, great location just off the busy high street so very peaceful and quiet at night, the hotel was very clean breakfast was great also, staff all amazing and friendly which made my stay more pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location, clean, friendly staff, cost not to mention the free breakfast.

Perfect little hotel

The Hotel is small but that's a positive, fewer guests and more quiet. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast was good,WiFi is very fast compared to other hotels I've stayed in.

The great place for the price with a lovely genius owner Mr Mustafa who knows how to treat guest to its best. We felt Home and can't appreciate it enough. Hotel was fully renovated and clean with a nice and deliciouse break fast prepared with love by two lovely women😍

The hoteltooms are recently renovated. The staff is very helpful. Location is ok. Not far from the metro and shopping possibility is all around, also resto. Breakfast was Turkish but Ok. Nothing négatif to say.

The place was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We felt this was a nice and clean option for travelers who won’t be spending much time in their hotel room. The space was good for us but it could be a little tight for larger people. It is conveniently located a few blocks away from the Osmonbey tram station, so it makes it easy to board a tram. We would like to thank the staff for their help with several different things during our stay. We hope to come back to Istanbul again one day and would definitely stay here again.

Positives: Bed was firm, plenty of cupboard space. Very clean. Good breakfast. Good wifi. Location was ok, close to shops. Negatives: Advertised as Queen but bed was short. We asked for additional pillows as there were only 2, we received 1 more a day later. The room was very muggy (start of May). We were told that the air con could not be switched over until later in May. We needed to leave the window open at night as it was too stuffy, but the street was extremely noisy with a lot of activity going on opposite with some kind of clothes fabrication business, cars and vans coming and going collecting things very late in the night and even during the night. In my final assessment, I didn’t feel properly cared for. While there were some good points and it was far from a disaster, I would not choose to stay in this hotel again.

it is a great place just to crash and leave, the rooms are fine but the beds are not so comfy. The noise in the next rooms can be quite loud at night but overall 4.5/5
