Bathroom was super dirty and the sink was leaking and drain was block as well Also there is a night club on the level 6 and you can clearly hear the noises from level 3 EVERY SINGLE NIGHTS!!!! Till 2 Am View is nice

This Property was so dirty, old, and far away up. Hill. The picture are a lie and so are the good reviews. This place is a -10 stars! They play loud base music till 3 am and they won’t turn it down so you can sleep. Don’t stay here!!!!

Good location, brilliant cleaning and friendly staff. One rude man who works on reception in the evenings but everyone else very friendly and welcoming. The loud music from the bar on the top floor can make it difficult to sleep.

Not as central as I though, but not out of way either. One problem however was a party until 01:00 at the premises; next to my room unfortunately. I will be cheaper taking Uber from the airport than to use their transport, on the website is shows TL60 pp, but we ended up paying 200 Euro's.

This hotel was the worst one I have ever been in my entire life, if there was a rate below zero I will give it, everything bad from A to Z, do not believe the pictures that they posted in their website

1- The noise, every night around 10:30 or 11:00 the party on the roof starts and it felt like it was in the next room. -when other rooms start to use water, you can hear it and feel it moving around the pipes or water tanks. 2- the restaurant had these cats and we couldn‘t eat properly and we have skipped the last couple of days because of the same reason. 3-The description of the room did not match the picture but this one was on me, I took the pictures for granted and I thought we would get a master bed and 2 small beds for the kids but it was only one and one. 4-The spa area was good, the kids have enjoyed playing around the small pool, Turkish bath (Hammam) and the sauna. 5-The hotel is close to kabats metro and tram station and that was convenient. We don’t see it suitable for families with small kids.

Second stay
Second time of staying here, good hotel neat Taksim, but on very steep road.Need to be fit if walking from Kabatas tram stop. Breakfast could have more hot food choices as it was winter. Otherwise all good.

Location is set back a couple of streets back from the main road and because of the condition and steepness could be a problem for people with mobility issues also might make female travellers uneasy.Good point is that it is a quiet area. Check in / out was good with cheerful friendly front desk.Breakfast was basic but enough to keep you going until lunch,would prefer proper juice instead of squash. Room was ok for us and had a great sleep due to the firmness of the beds.Terrace was a nice bonus wit a view looking over into Asia 10 minute walk uphill to Taksim & 10 minutes downhill to Besitkas and the ferry terminals for those Bosphorus trips.

the staff was supportive but could not solve the issues, i was without TV for 4 days and they said its a common problem. the area is quite so not a place for solo traveler as there are no restaurants or cafe nearby, commutable the tram station is just walking distance and the view from rooftop is nice.

What i like is the location. It is very close to Taksim and to the strait. However, the parking is free but they don’t have their own parking lot. In the general the hotel is pretty good.

Great Value & Friendly Staff
Great value for money and with exceptionally friendly and pleasant staff. The location is very convenient for a number of different places (although some people might not like it at night because it’s down a dark, quiet street). I’d be happy to stay there again and would recommend it.

Remarkable say at the heart of Istanbul
It was quite nice, better than I expected. I must say that the room has a marviulous view at the bousphorus. It hard to get to the hotel for elderly people, it is quite a sharp slope of about 200 meters. Must be young and healthy to get there on foot.

See hotel wasn't good
My stay was a surprise from the first step 1- the location of the hotel was like a maze, the pictures we're Photoshop. The price was a trick I reserve in 640 Canadian dollars to be valued on turkisk lira the surprise was in € 560 €,to be 2832 Turkish lira which was not 640 Canadian dollars. The breakfast was owful the milk was routine the bread was not enough for every body come first you eat be late empty plate. The shock when my daughter room suddenly changed in the middle of the day while we were out because of something doesn't work the reseptianist said the ac doesn't work in the room when I objected they return the room but every thing was fine the ac was working. The place was, good but no honesty..
