Super nice people. Breakfast was better than the hotel my clinic booked for me, which was 3 times as much per night. Very small but everything was clean and again the staff was excellent. Would stay again.

Best hotel in Istanbul, highly recommended! The rooms are amazing and well furnished, super nice and cozy. The staff is extremely kind, they take care of you and if u need everything they are eager to help in many ways!

The location is perfect, with easy access to all major attractions. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean everywhere - wonderful bed which was made nice every day - the area outside was a little rubbish but I felt completely safe in the hotel and outside - the internet in my room was only working near the door so I had to rise up and connect there - a good sittingroom with internet and a kitchen for making tea and coffee - an old staircase up to my level made it feel like being in a cave - much better than all modern things ! I was always met with a friendly and helpful attitude in the hotel. I want to come back !

Fair for a short stay, Bed is comfy and area is nice (shops and restaurants nearby). But apartment is very old and facilities are damaged. In my room shower was broken and I asked for a room change and it took them 30 minutes to arrange that. Staff are not nice and welcoming. Also, my room smell like cigarette and even the whole area had a bad smell.

Appalling hotel do not stay.

Air con was pitiful. Needed a regas. Shower head holder was broken. Nice gentleman on desk Shevon moved me to a different room with slightly better air con. But shower head was coming out like a running tap. Poor quality hotel. Looks good on pics.

No queen-size bed!

The hotel is located in a nice and safe neighborhood and is within a walking distance from the closest Metro station. The hotel looks new and the rooms are nice, however the rooms do NOT have queen-size bed as advertised, but a double bed. The deluxe rooms are bigger than the standard rooms, but they just come with extra empty space; they do not come with more furniture or bigger beds. I'm surprised that the owner decided to put double beds, not queen-size beds, even in the deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms do have a nicer view and are better-lit though than the standard rooms. The internet was not reliable and would get disconnected too often, and sometimes it would not get connected back for a while. I was on the sixth floor. Another concern was the service. The housekeepers were nice, but it seemed that they didn't know how housekeeping should be done. In more than one occasion, they did not change the bedsheets or towels and they would not empty the trash bins. I recommend using a checklist as many hotels do.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top! Heel huiselijk. Eigenaar en personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Je voelt je gelijk thuis. Het is geen luxe hotel. Maar voor ons was het voldoende. Kamer grote was voldoen. Badkamer was beetje klein, maar het was allemaal prima. Ontbijt voldoende. Heel de dag door kan je thee drinken. Lobby kan je zitten tv kijken en thee drinken alsof het je woonkamer is. Prijs was lekker goedkoop. Zeker een aanrader.

Lavabosu tıkalıydı bildirdik fakat yardımcı asla olmadılar. Ve sonradan sifonu bozuldu hiç anlam veremedim yani.. duvarlar o kadar inceydi ki yan oda da konaklayanların horlama sesi geliyordu. Tek iyi yanı kahvaltı olabilir o kadar kötü bir tecrübesin Diamond Hotel.

Morgenmaden var dårlig, og der var begrænset udvalg. Der var ikke variation af morgenmad. Rengøringen var ekstremt dårligt. Der er ikke blevet fejret eller støvsuget i en uge. Der blev ikke tørret af, og vi fik ofte ikke nok håndklæder. Derudover var der svamp inde på badeværelset. Der var ikke sæbe på badeværelset selvom, at jeg bad om sæbe til rengøringsdamen. Vi havde ikke sæbe på badeværelset i 7 dage, hvilket er utrolig uhygiejnisk at et hotel ikke tilbyder sæbe på badeværelset. Internettet på værelset virkede aldrig, og tv’et var virkelig dårligt. Der var ikke mulighed for smart tv, dvs. YouTube og Netflix virkede ikke, selvom at apps var tilgængelig, dette skyldtes dårlig eller ingen internetforbindelse.

Berbat!

Berbat!! Hotele girince nerdeyiz diye düşündük! Kadın olarak güvenilir bit his vermiyordu. Odaya çıktığımızda inanılmaz bir rutubet korkusuyla karşılaştık. Görevliye söylediğimizde akşama kadar geçer cevabını aldık. Havlular sarı, yataklar temiz hissi vermiyordu. Akşam üzeri döndüğümüzde odanın kapısını açar açmaz aynı koku yüzümüze vurdu. Asla o kokuda uyunamazdı bavullarımızı alıp arkamıza bakmadan kaçıp yeni hotel atmaya koyulduk… ne yazık ki rezervasyonu geri ödemeli almadığımız için paramızı geri alamadık.
